Con el fin de determinar la prueba no invasiva más sensible y específica para el diagnóstico de la infección por Helicobacter pylori y confirmar su erradicación post-tratamiento, se estudiaron prospectivamente 178 pacientes con dispepsia que acudieron a la clínica de endoscopía del Instituto Nacional de Cancerología (INCAN).
