Given astrology’s resurgence in everyday life in the early 20th century and its popularization in social media platforms, the question arises as to where the attraction to this pseudoscience stems from. Through an analysis of the use of language, it is concluded that it is an identity crisis that has pushed individuals towards this practice. The lack of self-knowledge and character has created an insecure generation with no self-respect. Making them incapable of taking agency over their own lives.
