UNA REVISIÓN SISTEMÁTICA DE LA RELACIÓN ENTRE SEGURIDAD ALIMENTARIA NUTRICIONAL Y ECONOMÍA
Resumen
La relación entre economía y seguridad alimentaria nutricional es un tema importante de estudio y reflexión (Fernández y Lindiasari, 2022), debido a que representa dos aspectos fundamentales para el desarrollo social. A través de la revisión sistemática de literatura que explora la relación entre economía y seguridad alimentaria nutricional de 2018 a 2023, se encuentra que existen dos corrientes de investigación. La primera sostiene que es la seguridad alimentaria nutricional la que influye en la economía y la segunda que sucede, al contrario. Sin embargo, un nuevo estudio sugiere una relación bidireccional. En la revisión sistemática se utiliza principalmente: metodología cuantitativa, análisis de panel y análisis documental; la variable más investigada de Seguridad Alimentaria Nutricional (SAN) es la productividad agrícola y de economía, el Producto Interno Bruto (PIB); las bases de datos más consultados son del Banco Mundial y de FAOSTAT y únicamente 5 artículos incluyeron el factor de la aparición de la pandemia por COVID19. El principal hallazgo es que el estudio más reciente revela una relación bidireccional.
