Escolasticidio: borrar la memoria, silenciar la disidencia y hacer la guerra a la educación
Resumen
El término escolasticidio lo utilizó la profesora palestina de la Universidad de Oxford, KarmaNabulsi, en el que se combina el prefijo latino schola, escuela, con el sufijo latino cidio, matar. Es unamatanza masiva, sistemática y planificada, con el objetivo de destruir a la escuela y a los escolares.
El escolasticidio es el educacidio o educidio. Se refiere a la destrucción sistemática, totalo parcial, de la vida educativa de un grupo nacional, étnico, religioso o racial y de sus formas deorganización educativa y cultural, como hoy acontece con el pueblo palestino.
